2. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind or Wrong Item Ordered)

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • No restocking fee

  • Shipping cost: Based on your carrier’s actual rate

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and place a new order once your return is approved and processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⏳ Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund (up to 15 business days after approval).
